One of the things on my mental to do list was a koala. I usually combine crochet and watching television and following a pattern and marking my rows and stiches interfere with the programs and as I was watching something that mustn't be interfered, I decided not to work with a pattern and just go with the flow and this is how it turned out. Will make one more and write down the pattern.

And another card
Soufyan wanted to ask my aunt and uncle to be his godparents since he's had some bad luck on that area. Therefore I made him a card.
I used Marianne Design owl stamps, blossom bloom paper pad, Derwent pencils, discount ribbon and my butterfly punch. Was on a time challenge and this is how it turned out...

Etsy
I have decided there is not enough room for all my creative spurs in the house and that my creations deserve a life out in the wild. It's time to let go of them and give them a life with strangers, so I opened an etsy shop, called CraftsnKay.
New table
With five children in the house, we have outgrown our old table and needed a new one... Charitu shops didn't have a good fixer upper, and a new one is so new and lacks a certain personality. Therefore here is an image of our new work in progress...
Birthday and other occasion cards
The one with the owl is for mu mum, for mothers' day, the other two are plain old birthday cards...
I used Marianne Design stamps for the first card with the gift and the owl. Boofle stamp for the one with the bear. Boofle paper and paper scraps did the tric as well. And of course my trustworthy Derwent pencils... Any crafter's best friend I think.

Amigurumi
Amigurumi is extremely relaxing and fun to do as you can see your progress and what was once a skein of yarn becomes an animal or a puppet or whatever you are making. You can put your soul into it.
The first try is a struggle; getting the grip on a magic circle, crocheting in that circle and increasing and decreasing as you progress. Counting each and every stich, being frustrated if you miscounted and have to start anew. However, after a while, you actually SEE the pattern and the creation and you just go ahead as you please and see where your needle and yarn are taking you.
So, if you ever thought that you couldn't do it, that you're not creative or handy enough, skip that thought! Go and find yourself an easy pattern and give it a shot, let the first frustrations run wild, but don't give up; YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Bracelet
So, I made another bracelet, I actually quite like this one too, only too bad I cannot wear them myself due to contact allergies... Next on my to do list is making bracelets that don't interfere with my allergies.
Amigurumi owl
First try for an owl... Will make loads more and experiment with sizes etc. This one I whipped up in an hour or three, spent most time looking for fitting eyes

So many ideas...
Need to finish some stuff... Soon! As my head is fillee with ideas and I am happy with some requests to make, I urgently need some stuff finished, so I can start new things.
Finishing one thing always gives me at least five more ideas to make, so much to create, so little time.
